Alex McCune

Alex McCune may be new to the sport of men's indoor volleyball, but he's no stranger to athletic success. As a decorated track and field athlete, Alex has made a name for himself as one of the best in the business. He is a 6-time Division I All-American Decathlete, and holds both American and Collegiate records in the Heptathlon pole vault at an impressive 5.45 meters or 17'10.5". He also holds school records in both Heptathlon and Decathlon at The University of Akron.

In 2014, Alex had the honor of representing Team USA in the Thorpe Cup, further cementing his status as one of the top athletes in the country. Despite his incredible success in track and field, Alex has decided to pursue a new challenge in the world of men's indoor volleyball.
